Wellness Professional Partners are certified health professionals (health coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers) who access curated Tier 1–4 assessments appropriate for their scope of practice.

Jaelion supports a comprehensive range of specimen collection procedures including: stool analysis, urine testing, blood draw, blood spot, hair analysis, cheek swab, nasal swab, and breath testing. The full testing catalog is available in the partner portal.

How long does it take to receive results?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from the date the specimen is received at the laboratory. Turnaround times may vary by panel type. Provider Partners receive a notification when results are available in their portal. For Wellness Professional Partners, clients always receive their results directly; partners receive a professional summary only if the client has completed Jaelion's onboarding intake and authorized sharing through Jaelion's EHR/intake system.

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed through the Jaelion partner portal at jaelion.com/portal. Select the panels you need, enter patient or client information, and submit. A collection kit will be shipped to your practice or directly to your patient or client, depending on your preference.

How is hair mineral analysis different from blood testing?

Hair mineral analysis measures the mineral and heavy metal content deposited in the hair shaft over a period of weeks to months, providing a longer-term view of elemental status and toxicant exposure. Blood panels measure circulating levels at a single point in time. Both modalities provide complementary information and are often used together for a more complete picture.

What is the NFR (No-Fault Replacement) program?

The NFR program provides a complimentary replacement specimen kit when a sample is rejected due to a specimen integrity issue outside the provider's control, such as shipping damage or insufficient sample volume. NFR eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
